Meet the 2027 KTM 250 XC-F in —a cross-country off-road machine that looks as fast as it feels, with that unmistakable Orange / Black attitude turned up to eleven. It’s built to live in the rough stuff: tight trees, high-speed two-track, and the kind of sketchy climbs that make your buddies suddenly “remember” they left something at camp.



At the heart of it all is a 249.9cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke single with a DOHC 4-valve setup and a spicy 14.5:1 compression ratio—the kind of spec that says “premium fuel, please” and then rewards you with crisp, eager pull all the way toward a 14,000 rpm redline. The Keihin 44mm fuel injection keeps throttle response sharp and consistent when conditions get unpredictable, and the electric start makes restarts feel like a simple continuation of the fun instead of an endurance event.
