2026 Beta 500 RS

If your idea of a good Arizona ride involves linking together pavement, fast desert, rocky jeep trails, and mountain single track all in the same day, the 500 RS is one of the best do-it-all bikes out there right now.

This bike was basically built for Arizona riding. It is fully street legal from the factory, but unlike a lot of dual sports, it still feels like a real dirt bike once you leave the pavement. Whether you’re riding out to Florence, ripping desert outside Superior, exploring backroads near Globe, or connecting trails in the pines up north, the 500 RS handles all of it extremely well.

What makes the Beta stand out is how manageable the power delivery is compared to some of the other big bore dual sports. The 500 has a ton of torque, but it doesn’t feel exhausting or overly aggressive. It tractors through technical terrain surprisingly well, cruises comfortably on the road, and still feels light enough to enjoy when the trail gets tighter.

The new 2026 bikes continue to improve on what Beta already does well: comfortable ergonomics, planted handling, smooth power, and a bike that feels rider friendly instead of fighting you all day.

For the Arizona rider that wants one bike to truly do everything — explore, commute, camp, ride technical trails, and still comfortably cover miles — the 500 RS is incredibly hard to beat.
