Torquey 689cc CP2 power, agile handling, ABS and connected TFT technology.

Meet the 2024 Yamaha MT-07 in Matte Raven Black, a lightweight Hyper ***** motorcycle built around Yamaha’s character-rich 689cc CP2 parallel-twin engine. Its 270-degree crank delivers responsive low- and midrange torque for urban riding, winding roads and everyday commuting, while the compact steel chassis and 406-pound wet weight help the bike feel agile and approachable. A six-speed transmission, dual 298mm front discs with ABS and Michelin Road 5 tires support confident real-world performance. The 41mm KYB fork and adjustable KYB rear shock each provide 5.1 inches of travel, balancing comfort with precise handling. Riders also get a five-inch full-color TFT display with Street and Touring layouts, Yamaha Y-Connect smartphone connectivity and full LED lighting. With a 31.7-inch seat height, 3.7-gallon fuel tank and Yamaha’s estimated 58 mpg, the MT-07 combines usable range with accessible ergonomics.
