2001 KTM 380 MX-C This is a total bare frame full house no expense spared restoration. This is not a cosmetic spray can rebuild.
I have put 0.8 hours on the bike doing jetting runs in my residential neighborhood. It has NOT been ridden otherwise and never been offroad since rebuilt and appears as showroom new.

NOS KTM parts used thruout except for the seat SDG Tall, brake rotors Galfer Floating, footpegs IMS, front brake master cylinder Nissin, chainguides TM Design, exhaust system FMF, reed valve assembley V Force3, radiator hoses Pro Factory and air filter Twin Air.
Complete engine/powervalve/transmission/clutch/crankshaft/rebalanced/overhauled by Joe Pinsonnault at RPM Manufacturing and Racing Services with LA Sleeve cylinder liner at 406 cc displacement with Wossner forged piston and rings, bluprinted stock porting, head reconfigured for a proper squishband and compression set for California 91 octane pump gas. Spare parts include 1st oversize Wossner piston/rings/Wiseco gaskets/top rod bearing. The 1st oversize will bring displacement up to 412 cc. This is a mildly tuned engine made to start easily and idle and does not require race gas.
Radiators are KTM NOS. Suspension revalve and full overhaul by Dick's Racing. ALL plastic and rubber on the bike is NOS KTM including the gastank (SX) airbox, ALL hoses and small parts are NOS KTM parts. Frame is grey powdercoat. Lighting coil is factory stock. Renthal R1 Works chain, FMF Gnarly Pipe finished in Glacier Black Cerakote, FMF Turbine Core 2 Spark Arrestor Silencer, NOS Honda CR250R front master cylinder in the correct bore size solves the problem of constantly bleeding the KTM front brake. Rear master cylinder and both calipers rebuilt with new hoses. ALL wheel, steering and suspension bearings replaced.
Wheels are Takasago Excel rims laced to KTM hubs with Moose Racing heavy duty spokes and built by Buchanans Spoke & Rim, mounted with rear Pirelli Garacross MT16 tire and Bridgstone M59 front.
Trail Tech tachometer/hour meter/clock/ max RPM recorder, GPR steering stabiliser factory overhauled by GPR, Neken bars
This cost of this project went well over 5 Figure$. Thousands of dollars in extra spare parts pictured are included, a second set NOS KTM front and rear fenders, tank shrouds, numberplates and complete KTM-EXC headlight. Full set of Factory KTM parts and service and owners manuals in orginal KTM briefcase and hundreds of KTM factory parts.
