Each departure begins in Denpasar with a fleet of 250 cc Kawasaki Versys motorcycles – specifically chosen for their agility across the country’s diverse terrain. Limited to just 12 participants, the expedition offers a balanced mix of exploration and comfort, with a full crew that includes a guide and mechanic, as well as a dedicated support vehicle. Riders traverse volcanic highlands, jungle corridors, coastal routes and rural villages, while evenings bring stays at exclusive properties and encounters with Indonesia’s stunning marine life, including whale sharks, manta rays and sea turtles.
Stitching together the immersive overland riding, the itinerary integrates air and sea legs between islands. Private boat crossings link islands that are otherwise inaccessible by road, while a helicopter segment adds an unforgettable aerial perspective of Indonesia’s archipelago.
