Limited-Edition Craftsmanship
Every limited edition Superveloce 1000 Ago is a motorcycle collectors dream. The ignition key is encased in billet aluminum, anodized red, and inset with a brass token from an actual Agostini trophy, personally selected and donated by Agostini himself. Each bike also sports an 18K gold-plated number plate on the triple clamp, identifying it as part of the exclusive batch of 83 bikes.
Included with each bike is an exclusive kit which includes a certificate of authenticity, Alcantara/leather passenger seat, passenger pegs, carbon heel guards, CNC-machined brake and clutch levers, swingarm pivot-height plates, and a custom-cover. Buyers can also opt for a complimentary Dainese Custom Works Demone GP 3X kangaroo-leather racing suit and an AGV Pista GP RR helmet, inspired by the gear Agostini wore on the track.

Frame and Engine
Under the bike’s unique bodywork, a steel-and-aluminum trellis frame supports a 998cc DOHC inline-four (shared with the Brutale 1000 RR) engine. The Ago puts out 208 horsepower at 13,000 rpm, with a redline pushing 14,000 rpm. This allows the Superveloce 1000 Ago to hit speeds close to a 200 mph.
The engine’s hardware is comprised of titanium valves, forged titanium connecting rods, and diamond-like coating (DLC) on camshafts. This, combined with a titanium Akrapovič quad-exit under-tail exhaust, delivers the performance MV Agusta riders have come to expect from the racing titan.
High-End Chassis and Electronics
The chassis is comprised of a fully electronic Öhlins suspension, Brembo Stylema calipers gripping 320mm front discs, Brembo radial master cylinder, and spoked Kineo tubeless wheels.
The Ago’s electronics are state-of-the-art, boasting an MVICS 2.1 system with ride modes (Rain, Sport, Race, Custom), eight-stage traction control, cornering ABS, launch control, cruise control, and bidirectional quickshifter. An integrated GPS module feeds turn-by-turn navigation to a 5.5‑inch TFT screen, which riders can connect to their smartphones.
