Star Racing Signs Caden Dudney
Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing has reeled in amateur motocross sensation Caden Dudney with a multi-year contract. Dudney will make his debut at this year’s Thor Mini Os and is expected to compete in next season’s Supercross Features, Scouting Moto Combine, and the Amateur National Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. Previously known as Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Championship and held annually on Loretta Lynn’s family ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, the event is now known as the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship.
Dudney is no stranger to Loretta Lynn’s, winning five out of six motos at this year’s championship in the 250 B and Schoolboy 2 Championships. He also won the Oakley Award for setting the fastest lap time at the event and earned the title of Amateur Rider of the Year.
2025 KTM Junior Supercross Schedule Announced
Registration is now open for the 2025 KTM Junior Supercross, presented by Wells Fargo and Powered by Ford F-150 Lightning. Interested applicants must be 7–8 years old and meet the full requirements listed in the official rules.
The longstanding event first introduced by KTM North America, Inc. more than two decades ago will continue to encourage the future stars of Supercross to hit the very same track as their factory heroes.
For the upcoming season, applicants will be randomly chosen and treated to a once-in-a-lifetime experience throughout the day, including a track viewing like the pros, two practice sessions, participation in Opening Ceremonies, and a three-lap exhibition race that will see the talented young riders take center stage during the main show.
KTM Junior Supercross will begin at Anaheim’s season-opening round in California on Saturday, January 11, 2025, before visiting an assortment of cities throughout the tour, including San Diego, California; Anaheim for a second time; Glendale, Arizona; Detroit, Michigan; Arlington, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Birmingham, Alabama; East Rutherford, New Jersey; and Denver, Colorado. At the end of the 10-round schedule, the winners from each individual round will be selected to participate in the ultimate ‘Championship Round’ at the series finale in Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 10.
2024 Annual GNCC Awards Banquet Dates Announced
With the Progressive Grand National Cross Country (GNCC Racing) Series coming to a close, Racer Productions recently announced the details for their end-of-season banquet celebration. This year, the world’s best off-road racing competitors will be recognized Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14 at the Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Sandusky, Ohio.
Friday evening will be dedicated to the top 10 ATV, ATV Micro (50cc) finishers and eMTB top 10 finishers in each championship class. Saturday evening will celebrate the top 10 Bike racers and Bike Micro (50cc) finishers in each championship class. In addition to the trophy presentation, the top five in each class will receive contingency prize items from series sponsors.
The banquet will also continue to feature an array of Specialty Awards, including Rider of the Year, Sponsor of the Year, and more. GNCC Racing is also looking for nominations to be made online for Good Steward Award, Pit Crew, Comeback Rider, and any In Memoriam additions.
In addition, two winners from each night will be chosen at random to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (courtesy of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC) to a unique riding excursion in Moab, Utah. Each winner will be invited to bring a guest on the exclusive trip in the spring of 2025. The winner must be present at their respective banquet night in order to claim the prize.
The cost of the banquet is $60 for adults (12+), and $30 for children (4–11). The celebration will begin at 5:00 p.m. each day for Happy Hour and seating, with dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. Online registration is required, and the deadline to register is Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

MotoAmerica recently announced that global powersports distributor Parts Unlimited will be the title sponsor of the new MotoAmerica Parts Unlimited Talent Cup.
The Parts Unlimited Talent Cup, a championship designed to prepare young North American racers who have the desire and talent to compete on the world stage of MotoGP, will make its debut at the Red Bull Grand Prix of The Americas, March 28–30, 2025.
