There are so many great options when it comes to dirt biking destinations in the United States. One that generally tops the lists when people talk about their favorite places to go is Utah, and specifically Moab. The stark beauty of the scenery, the wildlife you might encounter on the dirt bike trails, the availability of riding conditions—from easy to extreme and everything in between—and the number of courses available are all major draws for off-roaders, especially dirt bike riders. A few notable trails include the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands National Park, Slick Rock Trail, Paiute ATV Trail, and the Aquarius Trail.
Another destination you’ll regularly hear dirt bikers mention is the Hatfield/McCoy Trail System in West Virginia. It’s made up of more than 1,000 miles of course challenges for adventure riding. Off-roaders can expect twists and turns on this trail system composed of Buffalo Mountain, Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, and Pocahontas, and a few new trails being added soon.
Cycle Trader checked around to see what other destinations riders are recommending for those who are looking for some new challenges. Obviously, there are a ton, but here are a few more rides to experience.
