This listing is for a 2004 BMW R1100S, Randy Mamola Boxer Cup Replika which has been adult owned and never down. My wife and I are retiring and with this is downsizing and relocation out of State. Having lived in Southern California for 30 years, I have experienced fantastic rides but where we will be moving, a side by side quad will be my next pleasure vehicle. This 2004 BMW R1100S is one of four motorcycles that I am caretaker of and it is time for someone else to appreciate this beautiful piece of engineering. Only 300 of the Boxer Cup Replika’s were imported in the USA in 2004 and this is a late model, #261 of 300. The bike was setup years ago for the track and only has 12,273 miles. It features a 98 hp, Oil Head Boxer Engine, air cooled, fuel injection, six speed transmission, shaft drive, 4.7 gallon fuel tank and is 487 lbs dry. The Boxer Cup Replika had some added features the R1100S did not have and this one had some more work done to it to which I will also list with the cost: Features included are: Aftermarket Front Ohlin Suspension w/ Adjustment on Fuel Tank. Don’t let someone tell you the boxer Cup came with Ohlins as they did not. The original front shock was a Showa Sport shock and not worth rebuilding and so a Boxer Cup will have an Ohlin installed to replace the Showa or you have a Showa on your Boxer Cup that is ready to be replaced. $1,100 This one has the optional Heated Grips which many did not have. 5.5” Cast Aluminum Rear Wheel. Custom Bavarian / Checkered Flag Paint job. $900 Custom Silver Ceramic Coated Exhaust. $600 HT Moto Carbon Fiber Seat Covering. $125 Aftermarket Smoke Wind Screen. $90 Chicane Summit Rear Bag. $90 Carbon Fiber Belly Pan & Pillion Cover. Shaved Rear Turn Signals. Carbon Fiber Cylinder Head Covers. Trackside Roll On Wheel Chock. $80 Prewired for Battery Tender Rear LED License Plate Lights If you’ve never ridden a R1100S on a mountain climb you will be surprised at the amount of torque generated. Braking can be minimized as speed can be managed through the throttle; it's simply and efficient. Can't do that with my K1200S. The Telelever suspension is fantastic in the turns and the Ohlins allow for dampening changes on the fly. The California plate tags are good through July 2018 and Michelin Road Pilot 3’s have 6,100 miles on them. With the bike I have some oil filters and filter wrench, Ohlin wrench, manual, valve feeler gauges, TwinMax Carb Synchroniser. Bike is ready to ride and I am willing to help with the shipping process for anyone out of state interested. I just sold a R1200S and it was picked up this week by the buyers hauling company. More pictures are available and clean title in hand.
