Honda Cr 500af Motorcycle Information:

The Honda CR series was a range of off-road motorcycles made by Honda beginning in 1973. The CR series launched with the CR125 which was branded as the "20-horsepower feather" with a top speed of 60 miles per hour and a two-stroke 123cc engine. It was a highly popular motorcycle dominating motocross for many years. Motocross is a type of off-road motorcycle racing held on enclosed off-road circuits.
In 1973, Honda also launched the CR250 which featured a two-stroke engine and was one of the first in his class. It sets the standard for two-stroke motorcycle development. The model changed a bit in the following years and in 1978 it was renamed from the CR250M to the CR250R where the "R" stood for "race." After undergoing a series of changes over a number of years, Honda announced in 2007 that they would produce no more two-stroke engine bikes.
The Honda CR series also included the CRM 250 which was a two-stroke trial bike made from 1989 until 1999.
In 1984, Honda introduced the CR500. It featured a 491 CC are cold two-stroke engine, making it seem most powerful motocross bikes that Honda has ever made. This model was discontinued in 2001 and replaced by the four-stroke CRF450.
