Ducati Streetfighter Information:
The Ducati Streetfighter is a streetfighter-style motorcycle produced by the Italian company, Ducati. It was sold in three variations. The Streetfighter 1099 cc which was manufactured from 2009 through 2011, the Streetfighter S 1099 cc from 2009 through 2012, and the Streetfighter 848 with an 849 cc from 2011 through 2015. The motorcycle was discontinued because the Ducati Monster was released, which ultimately resulted in poor sales for the Streetfighter.
With true racing style, and contrasting color schemes, the Ducati Streetfighter gives off an intimidating look when it hits the pavement. Truly living up to its powerful name, the Streetfighter and Streetfighter S feature a 1099 cc engine that gets it where it needs to be, and fast. 85 lbs of torque and a six-speed transmission make it easy and smooth for the rider to change gears at high speeds. Responsive Brembo brakes make stopping on a dime effortless.
The Streetfighter 848 has many of the same features as the other two models, however has a smaller, 849 cc engine, for riders looking to race in a smaller class.
The Ducati Streetfighter may be discontinued, but you can still find these beasts, and often less expensive than they would have sold for when they were in active production.
