About the CMSI Inc. (TN'G Scooters) / CycleTrader.com Co-Op Program:

CycleTrader.com and CMSI are excited to become partners, and CMSI Inc. is ready to introduce CycleTrader.com as an effective means of selling more inventory! CMSI Inc. dealers will have the capability to list their CMSI Inc. inventory with CycleTrader.com and ATVTraderOnline.com. CycleTrader.com will list all participating CMSI Inc. dealers' inventory on the necessary website.

Who pays for the CMSI Inc. Co-Op Program?

• CMSI Inc. will reimburse each dealer 30% of the total invoice for CMSI Inc. product.
• The CMSI Inc. / CycleTrader.com Co-Op program is an approved advertising program that is available to all CMSI Inc. dealers.
• Dealers that sign up for this program will receive an invoice from Trader Web Services.
• CMSI Inc. dealers will be invoiced by Trader Web Services for 100% of the bill and send in their claim to CMSI Inc. to receive the appropriate 30% Co-Op funds.

CMSI Inc. Inventory Listing and Cost:

CMSI has negotiated a discounted price for the Full Service CycleTrader.com Portal - $35/week and $45/week for the combination Full Service CycleTrader.com and ATVTraderOnline.com portals. New and used TN'G scooters and motorcycles will be shown on CycleTrader.com. New and used Blackhawk ATV's will be shown on ATVTraderOnline.com. CMSI Inc. will pay 30% of their dealer's invoice.

Here's what CMSI Inc. dealers receive with the Full Service Portal:

• Dealer Specific online showroom with photographs and specifications on each unit in your inventory
• 6 full color photos for each specific unit
• MSRP* will be shown on all new models in the pricing field
• TN'G logo appearing on each specific ad, Links to the CMSI Inc. website
• Link to your existing website
• Email link- Customers will be able to contact you directly
• Reporting- Enables you to track all email leads
• Repeating Message feature to advertise your specific dealership promotions, events, specials and slogans
• Area Code feature allows you to target your specific area codes
• Map It- Helps your potential customers locate your dealership. Map It is shown on all ads listed on your online gallery
• Customer Service / Technical Support- An Account Manager will be available to provide you with any help or information you may need regarding the CycleTrader.com Portal or any questions you may have.

Program Requirements:

Retail ads on current models must be at least MSRP. Products that can be advertised/promoted with this program include all new and used TN'G inventory. Ads must have the TN'G logo listed in the repeating message of each ad. CMSI Inc. will dictate the description of each TN'G ad that is placed. Dealers may send in their own photos of inventory, or pictures will be provided by CMSI Inc.
