Johnny Pag Giveaway Official Rules

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO THE 2009 JOHNNY PAG MOTORCYCLE GIVEAWAY CONTEST AT THE SEMA SHOW IN LAS VEGAS, NOVEMBER 5, 2009. FAILURE TO MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS MAY DISQUALIFY WINNER FROM PRIZE. PLEASE READ ALL RULES.

• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  
• Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and wherever prohibited by law. Contestants register by filling out an entry form by visiting any participating Johnny Pag Motorcycle dealer.
  
• Contest runs from Monday, August 17, 2009 through November 4th, 2009. All entries must be received no later than 4:00PM on the 4th of November.
  
• The Grand Prize is a new, never registered 2009 Johnny Pag 'Pro Street' Motorcycle. Winner has the option of red or black. Vehicle on display at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas may not be the actual vehicle awarded.
  
• All taxes, licensing, insurance and vehicle registration fees, or other fees, are the responsibility of the winner.
  
• Must be licensed driver, 18 years and older to enter and win.
  
• Only one entry, per person at participating Johnny Pag Dealers allowed. No purchase necessary.
  
• Only completed, official entry forms will be accepted ' no reproductions or duplicate entries accepted. All entries must be hand written, no mechanically copied entries accepted. Dealer must submit all entries on entrant's behalf.
  
• Employees of Johnny Pag Motorcycles or any member, or family members, of any participating JPM dealerships are not eligible to enter.
  
• One (1) grand prize entry will be drawn from all entries received for the contest.
  
• Drawing will take place Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The drawing will be held at 3 pm PST. Winner does not need to be present to win.
  
• The winner will be contacted within 3 days of final drawing. Winner's name will also be published online at CycleTrader.com and JohnnyPag.com.
  
• Winners must be willing to allow the use of name, photo and voice for future promotional purposes.
  
• In the event of the winner's failure to qualify or claim the grand prize within 30 days of being notified the motorcycle is ready for delivery, an alternative winner will be drawn from those who qualified as finalists. Should that winner fail to claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, no prize will be awarded.
  
• All entrants waive any and all claims of liability against all sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies and their employees along with any other acting on behalf, for damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly or indirectly to the 2009 Johnny Pag Motorcycle Giveaway.
