2001 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy, V&H Long Shots, SE Air, Heritage Style Saddlebags/ Bars/ Seat, Windshield, Sissybar Classic styling combined with modern engineering. Like all Softails, Harley's Fat Boy is now available in either carbureted or injected models. One improvement not limited to the Softail series involves a change to the oil system. All 2001-model Harley-Davidson motorcycles filter their oil prior to entering the engine, rataher than upon leaving the engine enroute to the remote oil tank, meaning critical engine components receive cleaner oil.
